I picked up my order and tried to purchase the item I was looking for, to find out that option is no longer available. Since I was ordering for someone else, the manager was kind enough to allow me to buy the item. That is great customer service. The food was great, the store was clean and the staff was accomidating. I appreciate your help. ”

“ I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do In Person to place an order or you can place an order online. You can choose which side order you want like Chips or Apple. And if you download the Panera Bread App you can get points for a free meal. ”

“ If you guys are looking for cheap, delicious, and good food, come here. I dont know how the prices work in other Paneras, but at least in this one, I got one half barbecue chicken and the other French ciabatta steak something like that, and you have a choice of picking apples, chips or bread with those as an extra no charge as well, and it was all 14 in the end, which IN MY humble opinion, in LA, is a steal, for something like that. So I genuinely think that its a great place in terms of value for money, the inside was great, nice cozy feel, my sandwiches were ready in I think 10 minutes, again, they were absolutely delicious, and filled me up, and I would definitely recommend people to come here Id never visited a Panera, and as a first time experience, I loved it, and would definitely recommend it to my friends ”

“ I typically get great service at the Jefferson Panera. I went there today and most of the staff was in front having a meeting. I was first in line with 2 customers behind me. We waited 15 minutes before an employee in the back saw us and said, Ill be right back . I said ok and she never returned. 12 minutes later, an older black female employee came from the meeting area, walked past us and put her plate in the sink. She was facing me and had no choice but to ask if I had been helped yet? I said no. She looked annoyed, came to the register and said what can I get you? No hi, thanks for waiting, just what can I get you? I said HI and smiled, she didnt respond. I said Ill have a small Madagascar vanilla Almond Cold Brew. She typed it into the register then asked another employee to help her. He said oh, we dont have any vanilla and suggested something else for me that has almond milk. I said, oh, I thought the almond in Madagascar was a syrup? He suggested a caramel latte. I said ok. He walked away and the female employee said under her breath, now I gotta change the order to almond milk! I said maam , I never asked for almond milk, do you have Oat milk? She was annoyed again and I said what is your problem? She said I dont have a problem! I said its on your face every time I ask a question! She raised her voice and said this is just my face! When I got louder the manager came out and told her to go in the back. He apologized for her behavior and said he couldnt believe she was talking to a customer like that?! I thanked him and said he doesnt have to apologize for her nasty behavior! He gave me the latte on the house and I told him hes a great manager and thanked him again! Im annoyed that I had to write this review but its about principle because I never disrespected her! In my opinion, Panera shouldnt allow easily agitated employees to deal with customers. Thank You ”
